Built with modular prefabricated components. It requires little civil work and can be quickly assembled, lifted and relocated to new sites. The modules can be disassembled and reassembled flexibly to match changing business plans. Equipped with an intelligent high-precision temperature controller, it supports remote temperature monitoring and over-temperature alarm. Multiple operation modes are available for preservation, refrigeration and deep chilling. ✅ Stainless Steel Cold Storage

The cold room panels are made of food-grade stainless steel, which resists moisture, acid and alkali corrosion. The smooth surface has no sanitary dead corners and is easy to rinse and sanitize, fully meeting strict food hygiene standards. We provide full stainless steel panels, stainless steel flooring and drainage trenches on request for high-humidity and high-cleanliness scenarios. ✅ Container Cold Storage

Refitted based on standard shipping containers. Insulation, refrigeration and electric control systems are fully pre-installed and tested in our factory. Once delivered to your site, it only needs a flat foundation and power connection to start operation, without complicated on-site construction. The container shell provides natural wind and rain protection, convenient for sea and land transportation with high deployment flexibility. Suitable for remote fruit orchards, construction sites, overseas off-shore projects, border cold chain transfer stations and short-term export stock storage. Multiple containers can also be connected together to form a large clustered cold storage system.

✅ Solar Cold Storage

Integrated photovoltaic power generation and refrigeration system. It generates power via solar panels and stores energy in batteries, so it can run independently in areas without stable grid power. An automatic grid backup switch is equipped as standard. It greatly cuts electricity cost and follows the low-carbon trend, perfectly matching agricultural production areas in Southeast Asia. Mainly used for tropical fruit farms, rubber and medicinal herb plantations and rural cooperatives. It preserves freshly harvested crops, reduces post-harvest loss and helps farmers gain higher profit from exported agricultural goods. It can also be equipped with small inspection and primary processing stations.

✅ Glass Door Cold Storage

Combines refrigerated storage and product display. Adopting insulated Low-E hollow glass doors with anti-fog function and excellent heat insulation. The internal lighting creates a premium display effect. Single, double or multi-door combinations are optional. The temperature stays stable and heat infiltration when opening doors is well controlled. It is widely used in fresh food chains, supermarkets, flower shops, bakeries and cold beverage showrooms, balancing commodity display and fresh-keeping to enhance in-store sales performance.

2. Cold Storage Design & Full-Scope Installation Service

We deliver more than simple insulation panel assembly. We plan the whole cold storage project with structural safety as the core priority.

1. Site survey & load calculation: We inspect the existing roof steel beam, ceiling height and ground bearing capacity. For large high-clearance cold rooms, we design dedicated ceiling hanger solutions. We accurately calculate hanger spacing, wire rope load and anchor points. This multi-point suspension method shown in our site photo transfers the total weight of ceiling panels, insulation and pipelines to the main steel frame instead of letting cold room panels bear the load alone.

2. Drawing & solution proposal: We provide layout drawings, refrigeration piping diagrams, electric control schematics, drainage and defrosting plans. We also advise suitable temperature zones for preservation, refrigeration and quick freezing.

3. Standard on-site construction: Including insulation panel sealing, ceiling hanger fixing, refrigeration unit mounting, copper pipe welding, drainage laying, defrosting system assembly, air curtain installation, temperature controller wiring and backup power connection.

4. Commissioning & acceptance: Full cooling test, defrost logic tuning, temperature uniformity inspection and safety protection check. Complete operation manuals will be handed over.
